CUMBERLAND, MD – The Allegany County Sheriff’s Office, in collaboration with the Maryland State Police – Barrack C, has concluded an operation targeting open and active warrants, leading to the arrest of individuals involved.
On Tuesday, James Timothy Davis Jr., 36, of Westernport, was arrested. He was apprehended based on a Frederick County District Court Bench Warrant for his third failure to appear in court related to his case. His initial charge in this case was for CDS: Possession – Not Cannabis. Following his arrest, Davis was released on a $5,000 unsecured personal bond.
