Washington, D.C. – A shooting in Southeast has prompted a request for assistance in locating a suspect.
On Wednesday, September 18, at 6:04 p.m., officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 1600 block of Marion Barry Avenue, Southeast. Upon arrival, they found an adult female victim suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
Surveillance cameras in the vicinity captured images of the suspect.

A reward of up to $10,000 is currently offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for violent crimes in the District of Columbia.
