Washington, D.C. – A fatal shooting in Northeast D.C. is under investigation.
On Saturday, October 5, at approximately 2:06 a.m., Fifth District officers responded to the intersection of Trinidad and Queen Streets, Northeast, for reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers located three adult victims suffering from gunshot wounds in the rear of the 1600 block of Trinidad Avenue, Northeast. One victim succumbed to his injuries at a local hospital, while the other two, an adult male and an adult female, sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
The decedent has been identified as 33-year-old Najee Dickens of Northeast, D.C.

A reward of up to $25,000 is currently offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for homicides in the District of Columbia.
