The incident occurred around 7:15 p.m. on Oct. 3, when a small black SUV with tinted windows reportedly stopped near the girls, who were walking between Jasmine Drive and Jodi Court. The driver rolled down the window and asked, “Do you want a ride the rest of the way home?” The girls declined and the vehicle turned onto Jodi Court before driving away.
According to police, the girls were unable to provide a detailed description of the vehicle or the driver due to low visibility. The girls ran from the area after the encounter and did not see where the vehicle went.
