BALTIMORE — Baltimore police have arrested five juveniles in connection with a series of robberies, assaults, and a stolen vehicle incident that occurred Wednesday morning, according to a statement from the Baltimore Police Department.
The arrests were made in the Erdman Avenue and Belair Road area after a coordinated effort by officers from multiple districts, including the Eastern, Northeast, and Northern Districts, as well as the Regional Auto Theft Team (RATT). The police department’s Communication Section assisted in the operation.
The suspects, all males aged 12 to 16, were taken into custody and transported to the Baltimore City Juvenile Justice Center. They are expected to face charges related to the incidents. Police noted that all five juveniles have prior arrests for stolen auto offenses.
The investigation is ongoing as police work to gather more information about the incidents leading up to the arrests.
