Baltimore, MD– During the Baltimore County Domestic Violence Conference on Friday, the committee honored Officer D. Kelly of the Baltimore County Police Department (#BCoPD) with a Lifetime Achievement Award for his contributions to supporting domestic violence victims.
At the conference, which aims to address domestic violence issues within the community, Officer Kelly was recognized for his long-term commitment and dedicated efforts in assisting victims. The award highlights the critical role played by officers like Kelly in the fight against domestic violence.
Each of Baltimore County’s 10 police precincts has a designated domestic violence coordinator. These coordinators are responsible for conducting follow-up investigations and providing support to victims throughout the criminal justice process.
