WALL TOWNSHIP, NJ – Following a several-month investigation, the Wall Township Police Detective Division, in collaboration with the New Jersey State Police T.E.A.M.S Unit and the United States Postal Inspection Service, arrested three individuals on Wednesday.
The arrests follow reports of businesses in Wall Township having checks stolen from their mailboxes, leading to over $100,000 in losses. Search warrants were executed on Wednesday in Passaic and Bloomfield, where the accused resided.
James Miller, 37, of Orchard Street, Passaic, New Jersey, was arrested and charged with one count of 2nd-degree theft, fourteen counts of 3rd-degree forgery, four counts of 4th-degree possession of government documents, one count of 3rd-degree uttering a fraudulent document, 3rd-degree possession of forgery devices, and 3rd-degree receiving stolen property.
Kaleik Easton, 29, and Asia Harrell, 31, both of Myrtle Street, Bloomfield, New Jersey, were charged with one count of 3rd-degree receiving stolen property, one count of 2nd-degree possession of marijuana
