COLUMBUS, Ohio — Detectives are seeking information regarding an aggravated robbery that occurred at a business on Sullivant Avenue earlier this week, the Columbus Division of Police said.
The incident took place on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at approximately 10:50 a.m., when a suspect entered a business in the 1300 block of Sullivant Avenue. Police said the individual removed an item from a cooler and left the store without paying.
An employee followed the suspect outside and asked for payment, according to police. The suspect then pointed a firearm at the employee before fleeing eastbound on foot. No injuries were reported in the incident.
