BALTIMORE, Md. — Four Maryland Lottery players won big in Tuesday night’s Bonus Match 5 and Mega Millions drawings, claiming a total of $110,000 in prizes, according to the Maryland Lottery.
A $50,000 top-prize Bonus Match 5 ticket was sold at Weis Markets, located at 3261 Solomons Island Road in Edgewater, Anne Arundel County, for the September 3 drawing. The winning numbers were 4, 13, 19, 30, and 31, with a Bonus Ball of 12. This marks the 24th top-prize winning ticket sold in the game so far in 2024.
Additionally, three five-figure winning tickets were sold in the September 3 Mega Millions drawing. The winning numbers were 12, 41, 43, 52, and 55, with a Mega Ball of 9 and a Megaplier of x4. A $40,000-winning ticket was sold at Wawa, located at 10245 Kirksville Lane in Dunkirk, Calvert County, and two $10,000 tickets were sold in Montgomery and Prince George’s counties.
In total, 38,037 Maryland players won prizes ranging from $2 to $40,000 in the September 3 Mega Millions drawing. The jackpot for the next Mega Millions drawing, scheduled for Friday, September 6, has now risen to an estimated $740 million, with a cash option of $366.3 million.
Maryland players have won nearly $3.9 million in Mega Millions prizes during the current roll. A $1 million second-tier winning ticket from the July 19 drawing remains unclaimed and was sold at Quincy’s, located at 616 Quince Orchard Road in Gaithersburg.
