QUEENS, NY — The New York City Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying and locating two individuals wanted in connection with a robbery that occurred in Woodside, Queens, early Tuesday morning. The incident took place at approximately 3:50 a.m. on August 27 in the vicinity of 64th Street and Broadway, within the confines of the 108th Precinct.
According to police reports, a 52-year-old male was approached from behind by two individuals, one of whom displayed a firearm. The victim lost his balance and fell to the ground, at which point the suspects went through his pockets and stole $300 in cash. The individuals then fled eastbound on 35th Avenue on foot. No injuries were reported in connection with the robbery.
The NYPD has released media depicting the suspects and is asking for any information regarding their identity or whereabouts.
