WEST BABYLON, NY — A Powerball ticket worth $50,000 was sold in West Babylon for Wednesday’s drawing.
The winning third-prize ticket was purchased at Shell Food Mart, located at 1160 Straight Path.
Powerball numbers are drawn from a pool of one through 69, with the red Power Ball selected separately from a pool of one through 26. Drawings occur every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 10:59 p.m.
