Evesham Township, NJ – What started as a routine domestic violence call quickly escalated into a high-stakes manhunt on August 27, 2024, at the Olympus Apartments on Baker Boulevard. Around 1:30 PM, Evesham Township Police were dispatched to the scene after reports of a domestic dispute took a dangerous turn—shots fired! Thankfully, no one was injured, but the tension didn’t end there.
The suspect, later identified as Williams, took off on foot, dragging an accomplice along for the ride. With the stakes high, the Evesham Police, backed by their trusty K9 units and a team from Mt. Laurel, fanned out to track them down. The accomplice, whose name is Cyllan Little, didn’t get far—he was caught along Route 73 with some not-so-legal substances on him. Little was arrested on the spot, but the armed Williams remained elusive.
Detectives quickly pieced together the puzzle, realizing that Williams had fled to Hamilton, NJ. In a swift move, they secured an arrest warrant and swooped down on his location, nabbing him without further incident. They also managed to recover the firearm used in the altercation.
Williams now faces serious charges, including aggravated assault and multiple weapon-related offenses. Meanwhile, Cyllan Little will answer for his drug possession charges, both set to appear in Burlington County Superior Court soon.
