NEW YORK, Aug. 22 — An off-duty New York City employee was arrested Wednesday morning in Brooklyn on charges including robbery and assault, the New York City Police Department said. The arrest occurred at approximately 8:30 a.m. within the 67th Precinct.
The suspect, identified as Meagan Hubbard, 31, is an NYPD School Crossing Guard. She has been charged with robbery in the second degree, gang assault in the second degree, and assault in the third degree.
