STAMFORD, Conn. — The Stamford Police Narcotics and Organized Crime Unit arrested a 42-year-old man, identified as Adrian Clack, on Wednesday, August 14, in connection with the possession of significant quantities of heroin/fentanyl and crack cocaine. The arrest occurred in Downtown Stamford at approximately 12:30 p.m. near the Bell Street parking garage.
The arrest follows a three-week investigation initiated after police received intelligence indicating that Clack was traveling from Bridgeport to Stamford to distribute illegal drugs. Acting on this information, officers conducted surveillance and moved in to arrest Clack while he was inside his vehicle on Bell Street.
The Stamford Police Department reaffirmed its commitment to combating drug trafficking and protecting the community from the dangers posed by illegal narcotics. The investigation is part of ongoing efforts to address the flow of dangerous substances into the area.
