TOMS RIVER, N.J. — Toms River Township is set to celebrate the third anniversary of the Toms River Skatepark with a special event featuring live music, food trucks, and thrilling performances. The event, presented by Mayor Maurice B. “Mo” Rodrick and the Toms River Recreation Department, will take place next Saturday, August 24.
The anniversary jam will showcase performances by the Hell on Wheels team, along with an appearance by Toms River skateboarding legend Jeff Jones. Attendees are invited to enjoy a day of festivities while celebrating the local skateboarding community.
Parking for the event will be available at the Youth Services Building, Schencks Mill Line parking lot, and Bey Lea Park. All pedestrian traffic is advised to cross at the Oak Avenue/North Bay intersection. Please note that there will be no parking available at Bey Lea Golf Course.
This event promises to be a fun-filled celebration for residents and visitors alike, honoring three years of the Toms River Skatepark.
