CUMBERLAND, Md. — A tractor-trailer crash on Interstate 68 has resulted in the shutdown of the westbound lanes near exit 47, according to the Allegany County Sheriff’s Office. The accident occurred around mile marker 47, close to the Route 220/Bedford exit.
