Fatal Baton Rouge, La. shooting death of Derrick Dorsey – Obituary
Derrick Dorsey, a 14-year-old from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, lost his life after multiple gunshots were fired into an apartment late Friday night, according to authorities.
The Baton Rouge Police Department reported that the shooting took place at approximately 10:20 p.m. on March 7 along Cadillac Street near Blue Grass Drive. Officers arrived to find Derrick had been hit multiple times. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
At this time, investigators have not identified the shooter.
