OCEAN COUNTY, N.J. — David Lyons faces multiple charges stemming from alleged criminal activities involving invasion of privacy and endangering the welfare of a child.
Lyons is accused of committing several offenses, including invasion of privacy under New Jersey statute 2C:14-9B(1), classified as a grade C crime. He is also charged with hindering prosecution by suppressing evidence, in violation of statute 2C:29-3A(3), another grade C offense. Additionally, Lyons faces two counts of endangering the welfare of a child through photographing sexual acts, under statutes 2C:24-4B(5)(B) and 2C:24-4B(4), both classified as grade B offenses.
The Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office has not yet released the details of Lyons’ crimes.
He was lodged into the Ocean County Jail on July 22nd.
These charges indicate serious allegations involving the safety and privacy of minors.
