The Newark Department of Public Safety is urgently requesting the public’s assistance in locating 75-year-old Linda Glenn, who has been reported missing since Friday, July 19, 2024. Ms. Glenn, who suffers from dementia, was last seen at around 1:15 PM departing from Roseville Manor located in the 200 block of Roseville Avenue.
Ms. Glenn is described as being 5’4” tall and weighs approximately 105 pounds. She was last seen wearing black pants, a black shirt, a sparkling black coat, and a distinctive bright red wig. Known for frequenting areas like her former residences on Ludlow Street and at the YMCA on Broad Street, Ms. Glenn also commonly visits Lincoln Park and Military Park.
Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé is calling on anyone with information regarding Ms. Glenn’s whereabouts to immediately contact the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477). All tips provided through the Crime Stopper service are kept confidential, and informants may be eligible for a reward. The community’s swift response is crucial in ensuring the safe return of Ms. Glenn.
