The community is mourning the loss of Paul Corbett, 57, who tragically died in a motorcycle accident early Tuesday morning, April 29, 2025, on Route 51 in Perry Township, Fayette County.
According to reports, the crash occurred around 5:23 a.m. when Corbett’s motorcycle collided head-on with a pickup truck. Authorities believe that Corbett, who was traveling northbound, crossed into the southbound lanes, leading to the fatal collision.
He was pronounced dead at the scene by Deputy Coroner Lauren Bilski. The driver of the pickup truck sustained injuries and was transported to a local hospital; their condition has not been disclosed.
