Daniel Zenil, an 18-year-old from Greenwood County, tragically passed away on April 6, 2025, after being involved in a severe car accident.
Zenil was driving south on Hwy 25 near Beacham Road in Ware Shoals when the crash occurred. Despite being rushed to Self Regional Healthcare, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after arriving at the hospital, according to the Greenwood County Coroner’s Office.
Details about the crash are still limited, but Daniel’s sudden passing has left his family, friends, and the community heartbroken.
A friend of the family, who wished to remain anonymous, shared a heartfelt message on social media: “Our hearts are broken for Daniel’s family. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers during this unimaginable time of loss.”
