The body found near Shelby Dr. and Mendenhall in Memphis, TN, has been identified as being that of Haywood Joyner Jr.
Haywood, a 39-year-old male, was reportedly last seen near the end of October 2024. He had been reported missing. He is described as a good person with a good soul. Please keep all of his loved ones in your thoughts and prayers.
His body was found in Memphis, TN, just before noon on March 11th, 2025. A Utility worker preparing to install a fiber optic line near Shelby Drive and Mendenhall found what he initially thought was just clothes in a ditch of a nearby wooded area. When the worker got closer, he noticed fingers and realised that he had found a body. He immediately called it in.
