MOUNT CARMEL, NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Two former Mount Carmel officers have pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to deprive rights under color of law.
This comes after a federal indictment says David Donkochik and Jonathan McHugh used their authority while in uniform to assault numerous people without justifiable cause.
They are accused of violating the civil rights of 22 people over a three-year period.
They face up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
