- Lackawanna
- Lehigh
- Luzerne
- Lycoming
- Monroe
- Montour
- Northumberland
- Pike
- Schuylkill
- Snyder
- Sullivan
- Susquehanna
- Union
- Wayne
- Wyoming
Outdoor open burning is not recommended. There will be gusty winds and low relative humidity.
