WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — The family of a Luzerne County woman, who was the longtime owner of a Wilkes-Barre house that police describe as a “House of Horrors”, say they want answers and Justice in her murder.
69 year old Debra Fox disappeared shortly before the body of another woman was found buried in the basement of the home in south Wilkes-Barre.
Fox’s body was found in a wooded area about a mile from the home that she had owned.
Tonight, Fox’s daughter speaks out about the ongoing investigation into her mother’s murder and that of the woman found buried in the basement.
