The incident occurred in the 1400 block of Shelton Avenue, Thursday, March 6, with local authorities warning drivers to avoid the area while the situation unfolds.
Reports indicate that a vehicle crashed into the laundromat Thursday morning, sparking a fire that reportedly spread throughout the roof of the building.
