SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Authorities say a man was discovered dead in a wooded area of Scranton Tuesday night.
Lackawanna County Coroner Timothy Rowland released a statement saying an unidentified man was found dead in the wooded area of the 800 block of North Main Avenue near West Gibson Street in Scranton.
Rowland added the Scranton Fire Truck 4 crew helped with the removal.
The Scranton Police Department and the Lackawanna County Coroner is investigating the incident.
