STROUDSBURG, MONROE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A popular local ice cream shop is now open for the season in Monroe County.
Lewis’ Drive-In offers fast food and ice cream in East Stroudsburg and was busy this weekend with the slightly warmer weather.
They opened last Friday, and so far, they are starting their season strong.
“Lewis’ Drive-In brings, really brings the community together. This summer, we’re hoping to do a couple specials here and there. We’re hoping for some warm weather, hopefully, but we have had a lot of support recently, and we’re just excited to be open,” Manager Reagan Brown explained.
Lewis’ is offering a buy one banana split, get one free deal until Friday, March 7.
They also have outdoor seating and a little playground.
