CHESTER COUNTY, S.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Authorities are looking for a man they say robbed a Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) office.
The incident happened just outside of downtown Chester on Belt Road near Wilson Street and JA Cochran Bypass, according to the Chester County Sheriff’s Office. No one was hurt.
The Sheriff’s Office’s drone and bloodhound teams are searching for the armed robbery suspect.
Officials describe the suspect as a black man with a goatee and wearing a black hoodie. He is considered armed and dangerous.
Those in the area are asked to lock their doors and vehicles. Please call 911 if you see or hear anything suspicious.
