EAST STROUDSBURG, MONROE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Crews battled a deadly fire that caused a building to be destroyed in East Stroudsburg.
The call came in for a fire in the 200 block of South Courtland Street in East Stroudsburg around 10:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Officials with the East Stroudsburg Borough report the fire is deadly, but details on how many victims have not been released.
The building is heavily damaged, with the roof caved in and smoke pouring out.
