Amber Royston, 38, tragically passed away early Wednesday morning, February 26, 2025, after being involved in a fatal hit-and-run incident on I-70 West near Brice Road in Columbus, Ohio. Her death has left her family, friends, and all who knew her heartbroken.
Amber was a kind-hearted and compassionate soul who touched the lives of those around her. She was known for her unwavering support of her loved ones, her infectious laughter, and her adventurous spirit. Amber’s energy and warmth will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
At around 3:00 a.m. on February 26, Amber was walking on I-70 West when she was struck by an unknown vehicle. As she lay on the road, another vehicle also hit her. The driver of the second vehicle immediately called the authorities, but sadly, Amber was pronounced dead at the scene.
Amber leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and resilience. While her time with us was far too short, her memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved her.
