SAINT CLAIR, SCHUYLKILL COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — State police continue their search for two wanted after allegedly shooting at troopers in Schuylkill County.
According to PSP, on February 23 around 12:40 p.m., a driver on Interstate 81 in Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County, saw a passenger in a red Toyota Tundra pointing a gun at other drivers.
State police pulled over the truck and the driver initially stopped but fled shortly afterward. While fleeing off Interstate 81, an occupant in the vehicle fired multiple shots at the state police, striking one patrol car, troopers explained.
The truck became disabled near the Walmart in Saint Clair Township, Schuylkill County. Two suspects were arrested but two more remain at large.
One of the suspects at large has been identified as 17-year-old Jeremiah Begley described to be 5’8” and 172lbs with brownish/auburn hair last wearing a Nirvana t-shirt.

Troopers said the two suspects from the incident were seen entering the Walmart where they discarded some of their clothes and shoplifted clothes from the store to alter their appearance.
Investigators are still attempting to identify the man in the black shirt and gray sweatpants with long wavy black hair.
