Craig Hauquitz Albuquerque New Mexico Bicycle Accident; In Loving Memory of Craig Hauquitz Dies in Terrible Bicycle Accident
Tragically, on Saturday, February 22, 2025, Craig Hauquitz went to be with the Lord after a fatal bike accident. His sudden passing has left a profound void in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
Craig was a devoted husband, father, and servant of God. He leaves behind his precious wife, Bryn, and their six beloved children: Keenan, Elliot, Lucy, Juliette, and twins Zeke and Silas. His family was his greatest joy, and he poured his heart into loving and guiding them.
Craig and Bryn dedicated their lives to serving as long-term missionaries on the Ivory Coast, where they touched countless lives with their faith, kindness, and unwavering commitment to spreading the gospel. Their journey in missions was a testament to their deep trust in God’s plan and their desire to bring His love to those in need.
Two years ago, the Hauquitz family made the difficult decision to return to the United States to seek medical care for their son. Despite stepping away from the mission field, their dedication to serving the Lord never wavered.
Craig continued to be a pillar of faith, providing encouragement and guidance to those around him. Whether through his involvement in local ministry, his friendships, or his role as a loving father and husband, he exemplified the love of Christ in all that he did.
Craig’s faith was the foundation of his life, and he lived each day with a servant’s heart. He was known for his generosity, wisdom, and infectious joy. He had a gift for making people feel seen and valued, always willing to lend a helping hand or share an uplifting word. Those who had the privilege of knowing him can attest to his unwavering commitment to God’s work and his deep love for his family and community.
The Hauquitz family is loved by so many, and in this time of immense loss, we want to offer a meaningful way to bless them. As they navigate life without their beloved husband and father, we recognize that they will face not only emotional grief but also financial and practical challenges. We encourage those who knew and loved Craig to come together in support of his family—whether through prayers, financial assistance, or acts of service.
For those who feel led to help, contributions can go toward easing the burden of immediate expenses and ensuring that Bryn and the children have the resources they need as they adjust to this new chapter. Additionally, we ask for continued prayers for their healing and strength, that they may find peace in God’s promises and comfort in His presence.
