MONROE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A man accused of exposing himself at a popular waterpark in the Poconos pleaded no contest to several charges back in December.
According to court documents, Josiah Grauso pleaded no contest to charges of indecent exposure, open lewdness, and disorderly conduct in Monroe County court on December 10, 2024.
The charges stem from an incident in December of 2023 when police say they responded to Kalahari Resort & Convention Center in Tobyhanna Township when security called 911 over complaints about a guest in the waterpark.
Police say Grauso, 41, of East Stroudsburg exposed himself in the lazy river area of the park.
A charge of public drunkenness was dropped, according to court records.
