CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Snow is falling the the North Carolina mountains as a winter storm rolls through the Carolinas. Charlotte has even seen a few flurries.
This is not expected to be a major storm but is expected to impact travel on Wednesday evening and Thursday morning. A glaze to a tenth of an inch of ice is anticipated in Charlotte.
A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect through noon on Thursday for all NC counties in QCN’s viewing area as well as for Lancaster and Chesterfield counties.
