HOLIDAY, FLORIDA – Christian Mounts, a beloved brother, son, and friend, who died peacefully this morning at home, surrounded by his family. Christian fought a courageous battle against cancer, but in the early hours of the day, his journey came to a close.
His passing has left a profound void in the lives of those who knew him, and words cannot fully express the grief felt by his family and friends.
Christian Mounts was a man of many talents and held a number of roles throughout his career. He was most recently a Strategic Account Representative at Tech Data Corporation, where he brought a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence. His professional journey also included positions as a Children’s Minister at New Hope Church in Palm Harbor, Florida, where he shared his love for ministry with the community. He also worked as an Indirect Sales Executive at Cricket Wireless, a Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T, and a Senior Sales Consultant at Radio Shack. Christian was known for his ability to connect with others and build meaningful relationships in each role he took on.
Beyond his professional achievements, Christian had a heart for ministry and service. He studied Pastoral Studies and Theology at Boyce College, a reflection of his deep-rooted faith and desire to make a positive impact on others. His time as a Resident Assistant at Boyce College further showcased his dedication to helping those around him. Christian’s faith was central to his life, and his compassion and kindness were evident in all that he did.
Christian’s love for music was another important aspect of his life. He studied music at Liberty University, and his passion for music was something he carried with him throughout his life. Whether he was playing an instrument or simply sharing his love of music with others, Christian’s joy for this art form was infectious.
Christian’s educational journey also included time spent at McGuffey High School, Trinity Senior High School, and CCAC, where he pursued studies in transferring. He grew up in West Alexander, Pennsylvania, but later made his home in Holiday, Florida, where he lived with his family.
As a brother, Christian was loving and caring. His family affectionately called him “Bubba,” and the bond they shared was unbreakable. His passing has left a deep pain in the hearts of his loved ones, but they are comforted by the outpouring of love, prayers, and support from the community. In the words of his family, “We love you and will miss you, Bubba.”
Though Christian’s life was tragically cut short, his legacy of love, kindness, and faith will continue to live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him. His family expresses their deep gratitude for the overwhelming support they have received during this difficult time, stating that “a simple thank you just isn’t enough” to convey their appreciation.
