Timothy J Zeh Obituary, Death; – The Northampton County Coroner’s Office has identified the 26-year-old man killed Monday in an explosion at his apartment.
The deceased is identified as Timothy J. Zeh, of the 700 block of West Milton Street. Zeh died from multiple blast effect injuries and the manner was ruled accidental by Northampton County Coroner Zachary Lysek.
Easton police were called around 9:40 p.m. Monday for reported injured man outside Zeh’s home. Zeh was found on the sidewalk with severe injuries and was taken to St. Luke’s Hospital-Anderson in Bethlehem Township for treatment, police said.
Zeh on Tuesday was pronounced dead at the hospital, Lysek said. Easton Police Lt. Matthew Gerould said investigators are trying to determine if Zeh was making or manipulating some sort of explosive device. He said there is no danger to the public.
The incident remains under investigation by the Easton Police Department, Northampton County Coroner’s Office and the Easton Fire Dept.
