Francisco L Rosario Obituary, Death; – A man lost his life after a Metra train collided with a vehicle on Tuesday morning. According to Metra, a North Central Service train struck the vehicle in the vicinity of River Grove, resulting in one fatality.
The medical examiner identified the deceased as 34-year-old Francisco L. Rosario. Authorities reported that Rosario succumbed to blunt force injuries sustained in the incident.
On Tuesday, train services on the North Central Service line were suspended near River Grove, while operations on the Milwaukee District West Line were also halted near Galewood. All train services have since resumed normal operations. Additionally, a damaged gate at Narragansett has been repaired.
