CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A water main break has shut down an intersection in southeast Charlotte, according to Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police.
The water main break occurred at Fairview Road and Sardis Road on Thursday, Jan, 23.
As of 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, this intersection remains closed.
“Please avoid this area if possible and seek alternate routes,” CMPD said.
