In addition to her professional and personal achievements, Edita had a distinguished career in pageantry, having been crowned Miss Earth Air at Miss USA Earth. She later pursued her modeling aspirations with Model Management Group USA, leaving a lasting impression in the industry.
Proud of her Balkan heritage, Edita was fluent in Croatian, Serbian, Bosnian, and English. She cherished her roots while embracing her life in the United States, always eager to share her culture and experiences with others. Edita is survived by her loving parents, Petra and Miroslav Jurisic, who raised her with the values of hard work and compassion; her devoted partner and fiancé, Jason Yesser; and her beloved sons, Matej and Nikola, who will carry forward her legacy of love, strength, and resilience.
