Apparently, Lisa was supposed to receive one of her friends from the airport that day, however she never showed up. When Lisa didn’t return, her neighbor, Ms. Burris, decided to contact the police and file a missing person’s report.
Initially, the Dallas police didn’t take her concern seriously and believed Lisa might have left on her own. However, on June 21st, a detective visited Lisa’s house, but her partner assured the officer that Lisa was simply away.
The police didn’t suspect any foul play at the moment; however, the case took a dramatic turn.
Years later, Lisa Stone’s birth certificate and other personal belongings were discovered in a dumpster near her house. Subsequent to finding her possessions, the authorities intensified their inspection and focused on Lisa’s partner, Sherry Henry.
Furthermore, they conducted thorough interviews with Sherry and even searched her house for additional clues. Despite the uncovering, the police had no other leads, and the Lisa Stone missing case remains unsolved to this day.

I might’ve messed up with how I handled things, but don’t you dare come to me anymore….or tell me i am a murderer
Furthermore, Sherry claimed The Facebook Detectives were harassing her and spreading bogus information about the case. She further admitted that she was seeing another woman when Lisa Stone went missing.
