CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Northlake Mall could soon have a new owner.
Documents in North Carolina Business Court show Hull Property Group, which owns the Carolina Mall in Concord, wants to purchase the mall for $39 million.
County assessors claim as of 2023, the property was worth around $134 million.
Filings confirm a purchase and sale agreement was signed on Jan. 7, 2025, with the buyer.
Spinoso Real Estate Group had been working to sell the property for several years but faced setbacks following several high-profile incidents including shootings inside the mall.
