According to Luzerne County District Attorney Sam Sanguedolce, Robert Solo, 67, was killed at a home on Main Street in Avoca on Saturday, January 11 at before 4:00 a.m.
On Monday, January 13, an autopsy revealed that Solo died from several gunshot wounds. His passing was ruled a homicide.
The investigation is still ongoing.
