Tenn.’s Oak Ridge — The identity of the two individuals killed when a car struck the side of a Food City in Oak Ridge on Saturday morning have been made public by the Oak Ridge Police Department.
Alan Mitchell, age 66, and his daughter Amber Mitchell, age 17, were involved in the accident, the agency said. Around 8:55 a.m., according to ORPD, a car traveling north on South Rutgers Avenue close to Manhattan Avenue veered off the road and struck the adjacent Food City.
