LINCOLN COUNTY, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A 26-year-old woman is missing and is considered “at-risk,” according to the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.
Officials say 26-year-old Hope Pascual Vergara walked away from home on Don McGinnis Road around 5:40 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 5. Family told deputies Vergara is an “at-risk individual.”

Vergara is described as a Hispanic woman about five feet tall and 130 pounds. She has dark hair with green highlights in the front and brown eyes. Deputies say they aren’t sure what clothes she was wearing when she went missing.
