According to law enforcement, the driver was en route to her workplace when she collided with Munoz, who was attempting to cross the road. The driver reported to authorities that she did not notice Munoz due to the low visibility in the area. Munoz was declared deceased at the site of the accident. It is anticipated that the driver will not face any charges.
