Timothy Byrd Obituary, Death; – A man has lost his life following a shooting incident that occurred on Thursday morning in Vidalia. As reported by the Vidalia Police, officers were dispatched to the Vidalia Village Apartments located on Randolph Drive shortly before noon on Thursday.
Upon their arrival, they discovered an individual suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. Authorities have identified the deceased as 31-year-old Timothy Byrd, a resident of Vidalia.
Currently, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, in collaboration with the Vidalia Police Department, is undertaking a joint investigation into the homicide.
