Richard Fluegel Sr Obituary, Death; – A man from New York is facing murder charges after he arrived at the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office accompanied by the deceased body of his father, as reported by authorities.
Richard Fluegel Jr., aged 30, has been charged with second-degree murder, criminal use of a firearm, and tampering with physical evidence as of December 10. His vehicle was discovered abandoned in a parking lot on December 9, which led to a search of the Bonner Road site. DeCarolis, who had just begun representing Fluegel Jr. hours prior to the incident at the sheriff’s office, confirmed to local media that he had alerted authorities on behalf of his client. He is not currently under investigation.
