Mashoure Snyder Obituary, Death; – An Akron man who was shot and killed outside an apartment building on Saturday morning has been identified.
According to the Summit County Medical Examiner’s Office, 36-year-old Mashoure Snyder of Akron died as a result of an apparent altercation. Authorities reported that Snyder’s body was discovered around 3 a.m. in a parking lot located in the 500 block of Carpenter Street.
The medical examiner’s office indicated that he sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. Akron Police stated that the incident appears to have begun inside an apartment, involving two men and a third individual.
The situation escalated outside, where a confrontation occurred, resulting in Snyder being shot multiple times. One individual was taken in for questioning but was subsequently released after the interview and has not been charged. The investigation is ongoing.
