Statement from the family of Soren Dixon:
“We are heartbroken by the loss of our cherished son, brother, and friend, Soren Dixon. Soren was full of life and was celebrated for his radiant smile, his devotion to family and friends, his enthusiasm for sports, and his profound love for animals, particularly his dog, Ruby. He had a remarkable ability to brighten any room, forge friendships effortlessly, and spread joy through his laughter.
Soren’s kindness and gentle spirit left a lasting impact on everyone he encountered; he maintained a broad circle of friends and shared a close bond with his brothers, Colin and Aidan. He embraced challenges in both academics and athletics, demonstrating ambition and dedication as a student and teammate. He will forever remain in our hearts and in the hearts of all who were privileged to know him.
Our family is grateful for the overwhelming support and sympathy we have received, but we kindly ask that media inquiries and public attention be minimized to allow us the space to grieve privately. Thank you for your understanding and respect.”
